Microsoft Office soon on iPhone, iPad and Android

The free application allows viewing of Office documents, but it will put the wallet in hand to access the editing of documents and other premium features in early 2013.

Users of the free version - which should first get out on the Apple App Store in early 2013, before the one for Android later this year (2013) - will have a Microsoft Office.

Mobile Office name given to this app, will view Word, PowerPoint and Excel. However, it will pay to download Office 365 and access editing functions based on smartphone or tablet. However, do not expect all the features of the Office suite.

The specialized site, The Verge, who was the first to announce the news, suggests that the iOS version of the application arrives in late February, but it was not until May for the Android version.
