New interface for Gmail with its new inbox

Google confirmed the rumors of a new interface for Gmail, publishing a YouTube video demonstration highlights the changes inbox. The messages are found now automatically classified according to five levels of classification: personal messages, offers, social networks, business updates and forums.

Gmail and has a tab system to access, with more clarity, different types of messages, including those of a social nature or promotional. The section devoted to "social networks" will include all such notifications to Facebook, Twitter or Google+ of course. Similarly, Gmail classify all messages in online discussions under the generic term "Forums".

As its name suggests, the "promotions" tab regroup meanwhile all posts commerce sites while "updates" concern reservations and payments online. Mobile applications will also be affected by this disruption should be deployed as soon as early June.
