Microsoft have released the RTM version of Windows 8.1

According to various sources, Microsoft have released the RTM version of Windows 8.1. The final version should be sent to builders and integrators PC. Making early for developers is available for the moment hypothetical.

 A tweet from Paul Thurrott, Microsoft product specialist blogger, put the chip in the ear. He wrote "9600.16384.130821-1623." Following behind this figure hides the RTM (release to manufacturing) of Windows 8.1. Microsoft announced its agenda this version come out in late August. Mary Jo Foley, a reporter for Cnet says that according to its sources, the RTM version was completed on August 23. But that day, the world learned the scheduled departure of Steve Ballmer within 1 year of the head of Microsoft. It would have been unwise to announce  the release of the RTM version of Windows 8.1 that time.

Pending confirmation of the Redmond company, the RTM version of the update of the OS will be sent to builders and integrators PC. It remains unknown to the provision of a finalized developers through TechNet and MSDN release. Usually, this publication comes 15 days after sent to manufacturers or around September 7 release. However, according to several sites, Microsoft gave no indication to suggest this version for developers before the official launch date of October 17th.
