Amazon releasing a 3D Smartphone
After developing several models of tablets and e-readers in the Kindle brand, giant Amazon is preparing to enter the 3D smartphone market.
The retail giant on the Internet is developing a smartphone that "gives an impression of 3D." It must be understood that the screen is not 3D but gives a simple "illusion" which make it more immersive approach with a sense of depth. But that's not all: Amazon also fit into this mobile system of eye-tracking and detection of head movements with four cameras, one at each corner of the unit, which will provide this impression 3D.
Shazam Universal
"Instead of using the internal sensors of smartphones like Apple does with iOS7, Amazon will be based on the perspective of the user," write our colleagues. In terms of features, Amazon also prepare a "Shazam" universal. It would be a recognition technology not sound (like Shazam) image, coupled to the base of Amazon data. In fact, you can photograph a building or a table and know immediately what it is.
But it remains a mystery to the OS that will host this smartphone. An ultra-modified version of Android is however the most likely option. An entry-level smartphone is also being studied, with Fire OS (Android amended) as the operating system to work.
