Google+ facilitates sending email to Gmail: an option to check or uncheck
It will soon be possible for all users of Google+, send emails to contacts in their circles on the network.
On their blog Gmail team presented the latest brainwave from Google, which do more live social networks Google+ aims to: all Google+ users can send a message to someone on his Gmail account without necessarily knowing address.
On Gmail blog "Have you ever started typing an email to someone only to realize halfway through the draft that you haven't actually exchanged email addresses? If you are nodding your head 'yes' and already have a Google+ profile, then you’re in luck, because now it's easier for people using Gmail and Google+ to connect over email. As an extension of some earlier improvements that keep Gmail contacts automatically up to date using Google+, Gmail will suggest your Google+ connections as recipients when you are composing a new email."
A Gmail user can be contacted by ... anyone. Unless it goes in its settings "Google+ connections" (in Settings GMail) to restrict the functionality to "person." It is also possible to check some circles than others.
Prevention of spam, which could be many with such a system shall be provided to prevent sending a new email if the first email sent has not been answered or if the recipient does not add interlocutor in their circles.
