- Windows 3.1 (18 March 1992)
This evolution of Windows is that really hit the mainstream.

- Windows 95 (24 August 1995)

- Windows 98 (25 June 1998)
This version of the OS supports DVD playback and USB

- Windows Me (14 September 2000)
To celebrate the new millennium, Windows Me offers numerous
enhancements in multimedia, with tools like Windows Movie Maker or Media Player

time a tool for "System Restore." Technically speaking, Windows Me
was the last operating system from Microsoft based on the code base of Windows

- Windows XP (25 October 2001)
