Free software debate at OpenWorld Forum
From 3 to 5 October 2013, Free software community will meet at the gates of Paris. The OpenWorld Forum will include a dedicated path for CIOs.
OpenWorld Forum will meet once more throughout the European community of free software. The 2013 edition will be held from October 3 to 5. Leaving the avenue George V, near the Champs Elysées in Paris, the event will take place at this time Belfry Montrouge, near the recent subway station "Mairie de Montrouge" at the end of line 4.
This event is organized by the Systematic competitiveness cluster under the patronage of the Ministry of Productive Recovery through the General Directorate for Competitiveness, Industry and Services. The competitiveness cluster Cap Digital, INRIA and private companies (AlterWay, Smile, AF83 ...) contribute to the organization of the event.
As every year, OpenWorld Forum offers an exhibition space, roundtables, workshops and interventions stand-up either in full or in one of 11 thematic routes. Three unifying themes, available in course, are this year put forward: think, code and experiment. Respectively, it will address strategic issues, topics and software development topics largest public experiment of free software.
