Google makes free Quickoffice for iOS and Android
Quickoffice office suite acquired last summer by Google, is free for iOS and Android. This version also offers a promotion of 10 GB of additional storage Drive.
Not to be overshadowed by the cloud office tools from Microsoft and Apple, Google has expanded its free Quickoffice application to all users of mobile devices running iOS and Android. As a gift, Google has decided to offer 10 GB of additional storage space on Drive for two for those who connect to the app with their Google account by 26 September.
Quickoffice lets you create and edit documents, including Microsoft Office files. The application integrates with Drive storage space so users can access their files and folders from almost all platforms. It automatically resizes documents and provides access to local files.
Previously, Quickoffice was proposed premium paid version (between 20 and 27 dollars). But this version has disappeared from Google Play and the App Store to be replaced with other offers. Google has acquired the application last summer.
