Dropbox crossed the 200 million users and unveiled a new interface

After announcing in July the figure of 175 million, DropBox has now surpassed 200 million users, which is twice more than last year. The two founders of the company, Drew Houston and Arash Ferdowsi, made the announcement on the company blog.

The start-up has become a major player in the online storage now wish to turn to the professional market. To this end, DropBox offers a new version of its interface: DropBox for Business. It allows a user to access both personal and professional files, via a system of bridge between two platforms. The two strictly separate accounts may however appear side by side, if necessary: the user can then switch from one to the other through a system of tabs.
