Samsung Launches 1TB SSD based on NAND Flash 3D

According to the Korean manufacturer Samsung, its latest range of SSD becomes more reliable thanks to its 3D memory technology. The price of the last line of SSD 850 Pro starts from $ 129.99 to $ 729.99 and climbs.

Samsung increase the reliability and capacity of its SSD with its latest range 850 Pro with a capacity of 1 TB, based on its latest memory technology 3D V-NAND. The technology on which Samsung (but also Toshiba) worked for many years, is to stack vertically memory layers to increase the bit density per square centimeter on a memory chip NAND Flash but also reliability and reduce production costs .
