iOS 11 available Now

iOS 11 is available for download for iPhone from the 5s model which was released in September 2013 and was the first to be equipped with a 64-bit A7 processor. Apple thus puts away hardware and 32-bit apps. The 5c released in September 2013 will not be updated and will remain as the iPhone 5 under iOS 10.

The new iPhone 8, 8 Plus and X will be delivered immediately with iOS 11. A small number of functionality can only be used on iPhone X (FaceID) or X / 8/8 Plus. For the iPad, only the latest 5th generation launched in March 2017 is compatible. On the other hand all the iPad Pro are qualified, as well as iPad Air and iPad Air 2 and still iPad mini 2, 3, 4,  and iPod touch of 6th generation.

Before you migrate to iOS 11 you can check for obsolete 32-bit apps on your iOS 10 device that should not run on iOS 11 in the absence of updates. See in Settings - Info - Apps.
